In collaboration with Storyflow and bauberufe.ch, the platform of the Swiss Association of Master Builders, we created a large-scale video campaign to promote construction careers across Switzerland. Between 2021 and 2025, over 40 short portrait videos were produced, showcasing professionals from various building trades—including masonry apprentices, road builders, stonemasons, track workers, forewomen, and site managers.
Each portrait provided an authentic look into a day on the job, with the goal of strengthening the public image of the construction sector and inspiring the next generation to consider a trade career. The videos are used primarily for employer branding and recruitment.
One of the portraits I find particularly compelling features the daily work of a young professional on-site, combining dynamic visuals with a personal story.
